Robert undertook the repair to our grade 2 listed cottage in Devon reed with great expertise.

A Large number of Thatched properties are protected under Strict Listed buildings Rules and Regulations That Robert and the team are fully aware of. All of our work where necessary is approved by English Heritage, Local Councils and Listed buildings regulations. We always abide by these strict rules and regs and are able to offer listed building property owners advice and guidance. We pride ourselves on the heritage of our job and conserving the history of this great trade. By communicating with the necessary councils we are able to carry out the required works to the standards and using the materials required.
